Richard F. Rozhik, Esq., is unlike most attorneys. Although born in America, Mr. Rozhik is fluent in russian due to his Ukrianian roots which allows him to help individuals who speak russian as well as english. With a college degree in business and a law degree from Touro Law Center, Richard has a track record in various fields.

Richard F. Rozhik has experience in handling a variety of cases including: no-fault litigation, insurance claim disputes, business transactions, all types of personal injury cases, real estate transactions, and criminal defense matters.

He has assisted the Honorable Judge Katherine Levine in wide civil litigation matters including personal injury cases, landlord tenant disputes, and claims arising from non-payment in a variety of other business related settings.

Much of his real estate experience comes from his time at GFI Capital, a New York City investment firm. During his time there, he reviewed and redrafted real estate contracts and successfully negotiated contract terms for the clientele on behalf of the firm. His work with property drawings gave him a deep understanding of real property law.

As with any criminal attorney, understanding the process that occurs in the District Attorneys (DA) office is a requirement. Richard F. Rozhik, Esq., spent a period of time working for the DA’s office. Not only did he meet and interview witnesses, he researched a wide array of criminal law precedent.
